📌 Commune Yoga Online: My Favorite Online Yoga Studio

Owned by Carling and Patrick, who operate a physical studio in Seattle, WA, Commune Yoga studio is my favorite online yoga platform that I take with everywhere.

Practice Anywhere

Be it on work trips or on busy work days when going to a physical studio isn’t an option, I can simply log on Commune with any device, a smart phone, tablet or a computer, and start practicing.

Perfect Class Length

They offer a variety of yoga classes from strength training, flexibility, mobility and breathwork. The teachers are mindful of class length knowing that people who choose online yoga tend to have not much of.

To help practitioners still get effective movements in even busy days, most classes on Commune go from 20~45 minutes. It’s perfect length to get onto the mat and still rest in savasana for a couple minutes before jumping back to responsibilities.

There are also 90 minute full length classes to practice on days when you have a bit more time and are looking for a more rounded experience and practice.

Awakening Yoga: Accessible Practice For Most

Commune online offers a variety of yoga classes, including strength training, flexibility, mobility and breathwork. Carling and Patrick developed a type of yoga practice called Awakening Yoga, which makes the practice accessible for most students from beginner to seasoned practitioners. It incorporates progress for physicality building as well as emphases on mindfulness and breathing.

Commune Yoga offers 7 Day free trials for new comers to give it a try.
