Before You Begin…

You can repeat the series as many times as it takes to get used to the process of getting on the mat and practice regularly. Or, you can repeat one or a few of the videos until you are comfortable moving on. 

There’s no set rules on how to practice. The point is to practice listening to your body and how it responses to the flow before deciding what to do next. 

From there, it would be much easier to create the most suitable flow of practice for yourself, increasing the likelihood to stick to the consistency.
